You received a non-functional or defective product.
There are technical or operational issues with the item.
The product was damaged in transit or has visible cosmetic defects.
Delivery was missed due to client scheduling issues (e.g., vessel departure).
The product was lost during shipment.
2. Warranty & Policy Duration
We offer a 30-day technical warranty from the date of delivery. If technical issues arise or the product does not meet your expectations within this period, you can request a refund or replacement.
3. Return & Refund Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund:
The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement.
If no replacement is available, we will process the return and issue a refund.
4. Credit Note Option
As an alternative to a refund, we can issue a credit note equal to the purchase value. This credit can be used for future purchases at NN Senso Wave.
5. Proof of Purchase
For quick and efficient service, please provide your proof of purchase, which includes your PI/PO number, invoice number, and date of delivery.
6. Exchanges & Replacements

7. Shipping Costs & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
